Can't find what you need? Our team is on hand seven days a week.
In our core coverage areas the average arrival time is around 90 minutes. You'll see a live ETA in the app as soon as a GP accepts your request, and you can track their approach on the map.
Pricing is confirmed in the app before you confirm a booking, so there are never surprise charges. There is no membership fee and no charge for downloading the app or creating an account.
No — we complement your NHS care rather than replacing it. You stay registered with your existing practice, and with your consent we send consultation notes back to them so your medical record stays complete.
Dial A Doctor is not an emergency service. If someone is seriously ill or injured — chest pain, difficulty breathing, heavy bleeding, loss of consciousness, or signs of stroke — call 999 immediately, or 111 for urgent non-emergency advice.
All records are encrypted in transit and at rest, and handled in line with GDPR. Only the clinician treating you and our clinical governance team can access your notes. We never sell patient data.
